LYNNE HUNTER - Director
Founder and Director, is visionary and entrepreneurial, steering the company toward becoming a leading training provider.
Since the company was formed, she has head hunted and recruited the expertise required to drive the company in to becoming a centre of excellence.
Lynne’s experience started as a teacher in secondary schools, and later a Learning Provider and this broad based knowledge of the education system has provided Success Training with a sound platform to grow and sustain the business. During the last 24 months Lynne’s passion and energy for learning/training has been the basis of the business growth for Success Training throughout the UK.

GAV SHANKLY - Director
Following a successful British Army career serving in the Royal Military Police, and a further 3 years as a corporate Security advisor for the British Embassy Iraq, Gavin Joined Success to provide independent advice for commercial operations in Security training and counter terrorism training.
He is a specialist in security operations, in particular for VIP Protection and Corporate security. Gavin has served in various appointments from the Ministry of Defence, protecting members of the Royal Family, NATO, Brigade Headquarters, Infantry Battalions HQs and British Embassies in hostile countries around the world.
He brings a wide ranging breadth of Security skills and experience with him.

SARAH WILLIAMSON - Contracts Director
With her former employer for 22 years, as Operations Director she guided its growth into becoming the largest private training provider in the country, developing it from operating small local contracts to a very substantial national contract, taking them into England through gaining a National Employer Contract and helping it win a Train to Gain contract.
Sarah designed a programme of training for adults in the North East of Scotland and with partnership support from Scottish Enterprise Grampian (SEG) won ESF funding to deliver it. She then project managed it from beginning to successful completion and participated with SEG to complete a satisfactory ESF audit of the programme

ANNE HENDRIE - Assessor/Verifier, Health and Social Care and Administration
Anne has been delivering and verifying the quality of these awards since the 1970’s. In 2003 she moved into full time vocational training, having had a long, successful career as, initially, a registered nurse for people with learning disabilities, achieving Senior Nurse Manager/SVQ Assessor/Verifier and Vocational Programme Co-ordinator.

SUSAN ROSS - Assessor/Verifier, Customer Services, Contact Centre, Hospitality, Management, Team Leading, Administration
Susan is highly experienced assessor/verifier, having worked in the industry since 2003. Prior to this she worked as a hotel manager, including managing the financial recording and reporting for this large hotel, and as manager in both retail sector and restaurant, with full organisational responsibilities.
